Jamsa is a cantina with its own soul in Palermo, paying homage to the recipes and stories of the streets of Jerusalem. Our kitchen is built on tradition and respect for ingredients, with a menu that highlights artisanal breads fresh from the wood-fired oven, unique spice blends, seasonal vegetables and dishes made for sharing at the center of the table.
